Don Pizzuti has been an active investor and developer in the real estate industry for over forty years. He has acquired and built a substantial portfolio of residential, retail, hotel, industrial, office, and mixed use properties. He has developed several hundred residential condominiums, entitled and built multiple hotels, and conceptualized and built a variety of other properties. He was one of Boston’s first “loft” developers and is an innovator in development in New England and in Florida.

Mr. Pizzuti has started many different businesses from Self Storage companies, to restaurants, financing and beyond. He also has a variety of investments outside of real estate and has served on boards of banks. He holds a master of engineering from Northeastern University and holds several patents on jet engines and camera design.

With twenty years of experience at Pizzuti Development, Donna plays a key role as the company’s property and office manager. Donna is licensed as a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and a construction supervisor. She received her bachelor of science from Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Congruent with her beliefs in strong community involvement, Donna is also secretary of Boston’s Downtown North Association.

Tina has worked in real estate for
over fifteen years. At Pizzuti Development she is head of real estate development, property acquisition and commercial property management. Prior to joining the Pizzuti team, Tina worked as a commercial real estate broker and a real estate consultant for a “Big Five” accounting firm.

Tina serves as trustee on several condominium boards and as a corporator for Eastern Bank. She has also served as chairperson on several fundraising committees in her community. Tina holds a bachelor of science from Babson College and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Laura has worked in real estate for over 15 years. Her experience includes real estate rentals, sales, facilities coordinator, project coordinator/manager, and most recently property manager. She has worked for both RM Bradley and CB Richard Ellis Whittier Partners. Her responsibilities have included construction supervision, purchasing, marketing, sales, city relationships and property management. Laura holds a bachelor of science from Bentley College.

Linda focuses on development, investments, and sustainability initiatives at Pizzuti Development. Linda's real estate experience has spanned residential, commercial, and hotel management, nationwide portfolio investment, property appraisal, and mixed use property development in Massachusetts and Florida

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Linda is passionate about sustainable development. Linda earned a bachelor of science from Babson College and a master of science in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Working closely with the engineers and general contractors, Walter oversees all aspects of development projects. He has a diverse professional background, with over seven years of architectural experience, supplemented by experience in structural engineering and modular housing.

Walter holds a bachelor of science from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a master of architecture at Boston Architectural College. He has made a strong commitment to sustainable design, applying sustainable methods and materials into practice, while continuing to study new trends through academics.

Paul has worked with Pizzuti Development since 1997. His primary roles include bookkeeping and upgrading all accounting and office systems. Additionally, Paul oversees property management for rentals and condominiums.

Prior to Pizzuti Development, Paul worked for Hillhaven Corporation as a reimbursement analyst and began his career as a community bank staff accountant. He graduated from Boston College with a bachelor of science in finance and received a master of business administration from Pepperdine University.

Lisa began working with Pizzuti Development in 2008 – she is primarily in charge of web design, print, and photography. Lisa also assists with Pizzuti Development's PR and marketing strategies. She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of California Riverside and is currently pursuing a professional certificate in graphic design at Massachusetts College of Art.
